An evening of all-new originals by nationally celebrated pianist and composer Steve Allee. A product of the Indianapolis jazz scene at a revered time in its evolution, Allee pays homage to the many notable Indy jazz masters that paved the way for his musical successes. The likes of Claude Sifferlen, Russell Webster, John Von Ohlen, Jimmy Coe, David Young, Pookie Johnson and more are the influence and inspiration behind these latest works to be performed by his 20pc big band.

The band itself is an incredible unit featuring many of the midwest’s best, in what will be a jet-fueled journey and a fitting homage to these Indy Jazz Icons.
